Kieran Bergin Sports wants to make our returns as simple as possible, products must be returned within 28 days of purchase unless other exceptions apply (see below)

  • Returned items must be in an undamaged condition and in the original packaging.
  • Post all returns to 11/12 Carrigeen Business Park, Clonmel, Tipperary
  • Once we receive the parcel instore we will organize your return.

We will attempt to process your return as quickly as possible but please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed and delivered.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Unless the product received is faulty i.e. (damaged, incorrect colour) we are unable to return the following:

  • Part of a club shop order
  • A product with personalised Initials
  • For hygiene reasons
  • Hurleys after use

We cannot refund shipping costs on returns

In the event of a custom club order:

Refunds on custom orders are only available under the circumstances that the order was not delivered, or the items supplied were in some way not fit for purpose are the manufacturing process.

Kieran Bergin Sports legally do not need to refund/replace a customers order should the following apply:

  • An order arrived later than expected (Delays can occur during the manufacture and shipping process. All order timeframes are to be used only as guidelines)
  • Colours looked different than expected (When the final sign-off on designs occurs it is the customer’s duty to assure the final design is correct)
  • The design of a Custom Jersey looked different than expected (All 3D drawings of jerseys design are only to give the customer an idea of what their item will look like and should not be used to judge against a physical product. Especially in the case of underlying patterns)

All club order refunds will be processed on the last Wednesday of each month.

You may either choose a refund or exchange. Please follow the procedure outlined above

Refunds and exchanges can take up to 7 working days. From when the package is sent by courier to when we receive and inspect the items. A refund will be provided which can take up to 2-3 days or we will dispatch a new item by courier and should be back within the 7 day period.

Make sure you are checking the account that paid for the original order and allow up to 2-3 days for the payment to be made into said account. If there is still an issue please contact our customer care team at
